I bet there’s almost no new band today who’s even gonna last more than one album! As i read a lot of comments on the latest Nikki Sixx Interview talkin’ about ending the career of Motley Crue we have to keep in mind everyone is entitled to their own opinion about what they think Motley Crue is or is not.

Rests assure they will go down as metal icons in history.

By the way that’s what’s wrong with rock today every band thinks they need to be different, new, exciting then the next and we respect that. Most bands have no soul, no story to tell or they miss the legacy where they came from. But as Rock evolves we really would like to keep some of its heritage. Fact is, Motley Crue is part of the history in Rock.

Motley Crue made a huge difference and kept the feel of Rock as they trudged the road keeping in mind their idols! Thank God I grew up during the 80′s and had the chance to meet and see Motley Crue Live back in 1986!
Rock’n'Roll today is on a mission to find the next Motley Crue but i personally think there will never be another Motley Crue again.

They have set the bar way too high!

By the way Motley Crue sold over 80 million records and just completed a summer tour with the New York Dolls and Poison which was one of the Crue’s most successful tours they did this without any new material.

If you think you are the best Rock’n'Roll Band then i encourage you to join the Rock’n'Roll Movement and show it to the world. Let the fans and people decide if you’re the shit and if you are gonna last the next 35 years then you are certainly stood the test of time!
